One design is completed in about a week, it depends on the complexity of the commission. The delivery time for our printing company is about 2 weeks, so the product can be received in about a month. The wait time can also extend due to other commissions.

Currently the only form of payment is via bank transfer

A product is available for return or exchange in 14 days after receiving it only when • a product is defective • a product is not what you ordered before returning the product, send us a picture of it and explain what is wrong with it If a customer wants to return a product they're responsable for the shipping costs. All products have a 2-year guarantee. NB! We have the right to resell the products that are or aren't defective and which the client does not want.

The price consist of the material and our design. Commissions prices are a bit different due to the unique design.

All our designs are handcrafted aka hand-drawn or painted. Commission prices can be higher because we are drawing and painting while pouring our entire soul into it just for you. The Abyss never repeats itself - all our designs are unique and unrepeatable.
